While most users have access to functions such as reading or editing on this Wiki, there are users with user rights who possess additional tools to maintain the well-functioning of the Wiki. Below is a list of those rights and users who have them.
Bureaucrats[]
As well as being full-on administrators, Bureaucrats is the highest position a user can have. They have the ability to grant and revoke other users administrator, rollback, content moderator and even bureaucrat rights. Meanwhile, they cannot revoke other users' bureaucrat rights except for their own.

Administrators[]
An administrator (also known as admin or sysops) are trusted editors who have access to the following tools:
- Deleting, undeleting, as well as moving pages and files.
- Renaming files.
- Locking pages so that it cannot be edited by users without administrator rights.
- Undoing undesirable edits with a quick "rollback".
- Granting users and revoking the Rollback and Thread Moderator rights.
- Blocking users from editing.
- Editing the Wiki's interface and appearance.
Administrators should not use their administrator powers to settle editing disputes they are personally involved in; for example, to lock a page on a version he/she prefers in an editing dispute that isn't vandalism. Administrator powers should be used to help keep the wiki clear of vandalism, spam, and users who make malicious edits.
